FROST FEST 2025 IS OPEN TO STANFORD AFFILIATES ONLY.
TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC SALE.
TIER 1 & TIER 2 TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT!
If you purchased two tickets during tier 1 or 2 sales, you may not purchase any more tickets in Tier 3.
Any affiliate who exceeds the two (2) ticket maximum will have their order canceled without notice.

WHO QUALIFIES AS A STANFORD AFFILIATE?Stanford affiliates must have an active SUNET ID to be eligible to purchase tickets. ✅ The following groups qualify: Undergraduate students Graduate students Faculty & Staff Postdocs Fellows & Visiting Scholars 🚫 Not eligible to purchase tickets: General Public Stanford Alumni Stanford Hospital Staff Contingent Students Retired Faculty/Emeritus Courtesy* + Sponsored Affiliates *Courtesy Affiliates: Unfortunately, Stanford stopped issuing SUNet ID accounts to Courtesy Card Holders, and we were not aware of the change in this process. As a result, courtesy card holders will not be eligible to purchase for this event themselves and will need to order through their spouse or partner’s authentication.

WHY IS THERE A $5 PROCESSING FEE?The $5 processing fee is charged by the ticketing provider and helps cover administrative and processing costs associated with ticketing, including payment processing, platform fees, and event operations.

WHAT IS THE TICKET LIMIT?Each Stanford affiliate may purchase a maximum of two (2) tickets. You can either: Purchase one ticket during presale and one during general on sale, or Purchase two (2) tickets during general on sale. Orders exceeding the two-ticket limit will be canceled without notice.

WHY ARE THERE DIFFERENT TICKET TIER LEVELS?Like many festivals, ticket prices are offered in tiers. Each tier has a limited quantity, and once a tier sells out, the price moves up to the next tier. We recommend purchasing early to secure the best price!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET?Individual Purchases: Tickets will be emailed to purchasers on April 11th. Dorm Orders: Tickets must be picked up individually at Will Call on the day of the show by each student. Be sure to check your email for your ticket confirmation before arriving!

HOW MANY TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE?Frost Amphitheater has a capacity of 8,000 people, and all 8,000 tickets are being sold for Frost Fest 2025.

WILL I NEED MY STANFORD ID TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL?Yes. All Stanford affiliates must present a valid Stanford ID at the entrance. The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket. 🚨 Guest Policy: Guests must enter with their affiliated Stanford ticket holder. Each affiliate is responsible for their guest’s entry. No ID, no entry—so don’t forget it!

CAN WE PLACE A DORM GROUP ORDER?We are currently at capacity for group orders. If you’d like to place a request, you can email groups@frostmusicfestival.com, but please note: Requests will be reviewed after the Friday on-sale Orders will only be processed if ticket inventory remains

CAN I RESELL OR TRANSFER MY TICKET?No. Tickets are non-transferable and should not be purchased from resale platforms or third-party sites. Only tickets bought through official Stanford Live presale & on-sale will be valid for entry. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY TICKET AND GET A REFUND?No, all ticket sales are final.
